History & Leadership
The Dar es Salaam Central Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church was officially established in 2024 as a center of spiritual and social influence in the heart of Dar es Salaam’s bustling Central Business District. It was born out of a strong vision to create a vibrant gospel-centered presence at the core of the city, continuing a rich legacy of faith, service, and community impact.
Strategically located in the heart of East Africa’s largest city, the church stands as both a spiritual home and a community landmark, reaching people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Its central position enables it to serve not only as a place of worship, but also as a hub for outreach, connection, and transformation.
Since its inception, the Dar es Salaam Central SDA Church has remained committed to its mission of being a transformative force in the city. Guided by faith and grounded in its heritage, the church continues to grow, welcoming new members and expanding its programs to meet the evolving spiritual and social needs of the community it serves.
